Sardinia’s west coast is famed for its conservation coastlines, the cleanest bathing water in the
Mediteranean and some of the loveliest small towns and villages in Italy. Yet despite all this, it remains
wonderfully unspoilt – there are no high rise hotels, people are friendly and the food is both authentic and delicious.

About 45 mins down the coast from the historic city of Alghero is one of Italy’s true jewels in the shape of the ancient city of Bosa. Voted Italy’s most beautiful small town in 2015, Bosa has a magnificent castle overlooking a multi-coloured vista of houses and palm-lined promenade along the river Temo. Bosa is Sardinia's only town to have a riverside location.

A further 10 mins along the coast by car, through vineyards and abundant ‘maquis’ (natural Sardinian bush)
and behind its own gates with private drive, you’ll find Casa Bianca peaking through the vegetation on a
slight rise overlooking the sea.

Although totally private, the villa is just a few minute’s walk from the village where,
depending on the time of the year you visit, you’ll find various bars, restaurants, a Tabac and a
village shop/delicatessen.

There’s a fantastic, secluded swimming beach just 200m from the house with great snorkelling or if you want to walk a little further there’s a wide sandy beach at the end of the village. If you fancy an even bigger stretch of sand, the stupendous beach at Bosa Marina is a 5 – 10 minute drive away. If you’re more adventurous, the rest of the coastline is peppered with the most jaw-dropping beaches you can imagine.

Fantastic scuba diving, horse trekking and cycling are right on your doorstep, too, or if you just want to relax,
the local towns, landscapes, views and restaurants are to die for.

LOCATION

A wide marble staircase winds up from the downstairs living area to the first floor which features two large
double bedrooms with luxury en-suite shower rooms, a further two spacious twin bedrooms and a
substantial family bathroom.

The main bedroom has a king-sized bed, leather chairs, a large wardrobe, a feature traditional fireplace and a shower room with glass-walled double size shower. Two french doors lead to either a private balcony overlooking the sea or to a large patio area to the side of the house with steps leading down to the lower veranda.

The second bedroom also has a king-sized bed, double doors leading out to its own patio area with views
out to the sea and a large en-suite shower room with twin sinks and glass-walled shower.

The main family room overlooks the sea and the side of the house overlooking the stream that runs down the length of the property’s boundary. Large twin double beds with an extra small bed or cot available on request,
make this an ideal family room.

Finally, the childrens’ room has twin beds and modern contemporary furniture with desks and shelves
for books/games.

Both the family bedroom and the childrens’ room are located at the far end of the house behind their own
private door, which combined with their own large bathroom with shower, bath and bidet, provides the ideal combination of facilities for a self-contained family area. An extra bed and cot is also available on request.

All bedrooms have their own remote-controlled air conditioning units which can also provide heat should this be needed.

INTRODUCTION
Casa Bianca is a large, beautifully finished coastal villa with five bedrooms and four bathrooms. Nestling in a natural valley next to a small stream, it's just 200m from a scenic and secluded sandy beach perfect for swimming and snorkelling.

INTRODUCTION

Located on the quiet west coast of Sardinia, Casa Bianca sits in a former vineyard and
combines tranquillity, abundant wildlife and a natural location with easy access to some
of the island’s most beautiful beaches, sites of historic interest and excellent restaurants.

With five double bedrooms, four bathrooms and numerous sunbathing terraces and
shaded areas for relaxation combined with extensive gardens, Casa Bianca
provides ample space and privacy for ten people.

Whether you want to simply relax in idyllic luxury, spend days on golden
beaches or have a more adventurous holiday, Casa Bianca has it all.

FACILITIES

The house has been completely renovated in the last 8 years and features high quality designer furnishings and fittings. All the floors are classic stone tiles, walls are white to keep the days cool and the kitchen is finished to the highest standard.

Outside you’ll find numerous chairs, benches, sun loungers and tables with appropriate cushions. There are two large sun umbrellas on the lower and upper sun terraces.

There’s also a selection of beach towels and snorkelling equipment.

Wifi is available through the house.

FACILITIES

DOWNSTAIRS

Although temperatures can reach 40 deg outside, the heart of Casa Bianca is always cool
and inviting. A traditional open-plan lower floor with large dining table, chairs for 10 people and comfortable living area with widescreen television and internet AV system, means Casa Bianca never feels cramped.

Casa Bianca’s kitchen is also exceptional, not just because of its size but also due to the equipment provided. A large ceiling mounted fan helps keep things cool. There is everything you need to cater for a crowd with ease and a large utility room has two washing machines and there is ample outside drying space.

A cloakroom/wet room with walk in shower and air-conditioned twin bedroom with a door leading directly on to one of the property's many patios, makes Casa Bianca ideal for older or less able guests to enjoy all the villa’s attractions.

Add in a large shady veranda running almost the full length of the property with glorious views over the sea, your pick of perfect spots to soak up some sun and a covered car parking area and you can see why Casa Bianca has everything to make your stay truly special.

OUTSIDE

Casa Bianca sits on a slight rise in its own private grounds with a gentle stream running down one side. Although next to a small village with facilities, it is a very natural setting and depending on the time of year you visit, you can expect to see birds of all types, geckos, bright green lizards, snakes (totally harmless), pine marten, bats in the evening and all sorts of spectacular insects including the wonderful humming bird moth.

There’s a spacious lower veranda for enjoying a morning coffee, cooling off during the day or reading a book as the sun sets. Alternatively, you can sit on the first floorbalcony overlooking the sea.

There’s a fantastic outdoor kitchen, with its own BBQ, gas hob, granite work surface and double sink, which adjoins the main outside eating area with large reclaimed teak table and benches. If you really get the outdoor cooking bug, there’s even a covered, wood-fired oven for bread, pizzas and roasting meats and fish.

If sunbathing is your passion, as well as the sun patio adjoining the main eating area, there is a large sun terrace to the rear of the house with its own seats and sun loungers plus fantastic views of the sunset in the evening. There’s also a further sun terrace on the other side of the house.

And if it all gets too much you can cool off in the hammocks strung between shady palm trees in the gardens. There is also a further shaded area with tables and chairs behind the house.

Again, depending on the time you visit, you’ll find fresh figs, blackberries, delicious prickly pears, pomegranates, pears and various citrus fruits growing in the garden.
